This unique, custom built spec house was completed in early 2008 and after not selling in the summer of 2009 the owner decided to go ahead and stage the home.
The house has the living area on the second floor to capture the gorgeous views of Stage Island. The attention to detail and finish in the home made it a wonderful project for Beach Stone Interiors. On a fairly tight budget the furnishings were kept to a minimum with soft colors echoing the water and sand colors of the exterior views.
