This charming house on a wonderfully private lot minutes from Main Street was a total renovation/addition of a 1950's home. The end result was a four bedroom home with large open plan living and kitchen area, separate dining area, office and bedroom with bath en suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs one with bath en suite.
The owner/ developer asked Beach Stone Interiors to stage the house after it had not sold over the course of the summer of 2008 after its completion. The project was completed in April of 2009 when the house was put back on the market. It sold in August.
